FRPT provides an ideal forum for professionals who want to further their knowledge in the field of FLASH Radiotherapy and share their research with global leaders. As part of a shared goal to foster learning and development, the FRPT is delighted to offer the following award opportunities to eligible professionals:

Abstract Submission

Who is eligible? 

  • Everyone who has submitted their abstract during the regular & the extended submission period (Abstract submission deadline: 27 May 2026).
  • The applicant must have an accepted abstract in the programme and attend the Conference in-person.
  • Request for consideration must be made by submitting an abstract form at the time of submission.

What does the award include? 

  • Free registration for the FRPT 2026 Conference
  • Reimbursement of up to 250 EUR towards travel and accommodation costs. The refund will be done post Conference against receipts.

Award Rules:

  • Applicants must have an accepted abstract for FRPT 2026.
  • Awardees are chosen among presenting authors whose abstract is among the best scoring ones for each scientific track.
  • Presenting authors must have submitted their abstract to the Conference via the website until the above-mentioned deadline.
  • Awardees will provide banking details for transfer of the award. The transfer will only be made against receipts after the Conference.
  • Awardees’ names and institutions will be published on the Conference website.

  • Abstract Submission is made via the website until 27 May 2026.
  • The awards will be assigned during the abstract submission review.

Who is eligible? 

  • All presenting authors who have submitted their abstract and are registered participants of the FRPT 2026 Conference.
  • The applicants must have an accepted abstract in the programme and attend the Conference in-person.
  • Request for consideration must be made by submitting an abstract form at the time of submission.

What does the award include? 

  • Reimbursement of up to 200 EUR towards travel and accommodation costs. The refund will be done post Conference against receipts.

Award Rules:

  • The selection will be done by the scientific committees and will be based on the following criteria:
    • The scientific content of the abstract
    • Presentation of the abstract at the Conference
  • Early career professionals will be given priority during the selection.
  • Awardees’ names and institutions will be published on the Conference website.

How to apply?

  • Abstract submission is made via the website during the official submission period
  • The awards will be assigned during the Conference dates and the winners will be announced officially during the closing ceremony.
