It has come to our attention that fake organizations are reaching out to participants of the 5th FLASH Radiotherapy & Particle Therapy Conference (FRPT 2025), claiming to be representing FRPT or arranging our delegates’ accommodation. Please be wary of the following emails: support@gtravelhosting.com and reservation.nl@exploreera.info

Please, note that this is NOT an official communication from our organisation, be cautious about sharing personal information and always verify the legitimacy of such requests by contacting our official team. Protect your personal data and exercise caution.

Fraudulent Websites:

They can be very professional looking and may use online advertising to appear at the top of search results.

The only way to access the FRPT 2025 registration and hotel forms will be via links on the official FRPT Conference website or from the official Conference organiser. This is also the only occasion in which we would ask for any personal data such as your address and a payment information.
