Please do not leave bags or suitcases unattended at any time, whether inside or outside the session halls. Hotels strongly recommend that you use their safety deposit boxes for your valuables.

The FRPT 2024 Conference Secretariat and Organisers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.

FACULTY REGISTRATION DESK

The following attendees are kindly requested to visit the Faculty Registration Desk to collect their badges: Organising committee, Scientific committee and International Advisory Board members, invited speakers and session chairs. All other delegates including abstract presenters are kindly requested to follow the prepaid registration procedures below. Thank you for your cooperation!

BADGES & PREPAID REGISTRATION

• A confirmation letter with a barcode will be sent to all non-faculty participants about a week before the start of the conference.
• Collect your name badge from the pre-paid stations in the registration area  by scanning your barcode or typing in your name.
• New Feature: Click “Print Badge” on the mobile app home screen to receive an instant message with directions to the designated kiosk station for badge collection. This seamless process eliminates waiting times and ensures a smooth start to your congress experience.
• If you cannot locate your confirmation letter and barcode, do not worry, you will still be able to use the self-service machines by typing your full name into the machine. Hostesses will be in the Registration Area to assist you.
• Function tickets: Purchased function tickets will be available via the FRPT Conference mobile app, under ‘My E–Tickets’ tab.

Options for Badge Collection Through the App:

• Via ‘Print Badge’ Icon: Simply click “Print Badge” on the mobile app home screen and a pop up message will direct you to the designated check-in station in the registration area onsite. This seamless process reduces waiting times and ensures a smooth start to your conference experience.

OR

• Via Barcode : Go to Personal Area on the mobile app home screen and select My Name Badge to access your barcode. Then, scan the barcode at any onsite check-in station to print your badge.

The Virtual Conference Platform will be accessible from 3 December 2024 at 12:00 PM (CET) untill 3 March 2025.
Please do not sign in before this time as you will not have full access to the platform if you do.
