We are thrilled to announce the debut of the ‘FRPT 3-Minute Presentations Competition’ at the FLASH Radiotherapy and Particle Therapy Conference (FRPT) 2024! This exciting new session is designed to be a dynamic and interactive platform, perfect for showcasing the talents of early career researchers.

Competition Details:

• Date: 05 December 2024
• Time: 18:00 – 18:30

Imagine you have unlimited resources— money, team and space! Tell us in just 3 minutes what new technology, methodology, or bold idea you would like to explore to push FRPT forward.

This competition aims to highlight cutting-edge topics in the field through concise, engaging presentations. Participants will have the opportunity to present their research, ideas, or innovative concepts, regardless of the stage of their work. It is an excellent chance to refine your presentation skills and effectively communicate your research in just 3 minutes.

Who Can Apply:

• PhD students
• Junior post-doctoral researchers (within 5 years post-PhD)

Preparation Guidelines:

• Application Description Text: up to 200 words
• Each presentation should consist of only one slide (no animations).
• Presentations should last exactly 3 minutes, followed by up to 2 minutes of audience Q&A.

Prizes:

• The winner will receive a waived registration for the FRPT 2025 Conference.
